Spotted in the carpark of the (ex) Presidential Palace in Ho Chi Minh.
Those little spotlamps below the headlights look to be original equipment, but I’ve never seen one with them before. They’re quite blue - I wonder if this used to be a cop car. The gaudy red and white striped upholstery suggests not recently, though.
